Kapil co-founded Beterra on a conviction: healthcare doesn't have a measurement problem; it has a gap between what gets measured and what gets done. Before Beterra, he worked at Cerner Corporation where he co-founded the Bear Institute for Pediatric Innovation and served as Innovation Manager to Cerner's Co-founder and Chief of Innovation. Georgia Tech alum.
Daniel is passionate about making improvement simple for healthcare professionals. He led the Analytics Practice at Synensys Global, a global patient safety consulting firm, before co-founding Beterra. An international speaker and consultant focused on improving patient safety. Holds a BS and MS from Georgia Institute of Technology.
Mark plays a pivotal role in leading Beterra's product development, focusing on strategies, tactics, and execution that drive product usability, scalability, and reliability. A seasoned technology leader with deep understanding of the healthcare technology landscape, having served in leadership capacities at several technology companies. Holds a BS in Computer Engineering from the University of Kansas.
Michael is responsible for Beterra's technical architecture and information security program. He ensures the platform meets the highest standards of data privacy, compliance, and operational resilience.
Dr. Susan Scott is a nationally recognized expert in safety culture, Just Culture, and second victim support. She brings decades of clinical leadership and research to Beterra's practice framework, ensuring our solutions are grounded in evidence and empathy.
